Who we are
Hosted, not managed.
Solace is one host and a small number of homes across two gated Portmore villages — not an agency with three hundred keys and a call centre. That is the whole difference, and it is why the reviews keep saying the same two things.

A small number of homes, done properly.
Latoya has hosted here for three years, holds Superhost status, replies to every message within the hour, and cleans to a standard that shows up in forty-six reviews at 4.83. The homes are hers. When something needs doing, she is the one who does it.
That is deliberately hard to scale, and we are not trying to. The moment you are running a dozen properties you are running logistics, and the thing that makes a stay memorable — someone who knows you are arriving and actually cares — quietly disappears into a ticketing system.
What you get instead is a whole house in a quiet gated village, a name and a number before you travel, and the same person for the length of your stay. Guests notice. It is the single most common thing people mention when they write afterwards.
01
Book direct, pay less
Airbnb is there if you prefer it, but booking with us directly avoids the platform service fee — and on a week-long stay that is real money.
02
One host, one number
You get a name and a phone number before you travel, and the same person for the whole stay. No ticketing system, no handover.
03
Ready before you land
Fridge stocked to your list, air conditioning already on, transfer waiting, lockbox code sent. Arrival at eleven at night is a solved problem.
